Aysha Alawadhi is an HR operations, employee engagement and corporate culture specialist who has worked with medium and large enterprise in the fields of finance, education, healthcare, and insurance. She received her MSc in Human Resources from New York University and completed her undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University. Aysha holds professional certifications such as the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) from HRCI®, Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, Employment Law also from Cornell, Profiles XT Psychometric Certified Assessor, she is a certified Executive Coach certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Throughout her career, Aysha has concentrated on people practices locally and internationally, merging the usage of process, policy, data, and coaching methodologies to create people focused business models. Her goal is to make organizations highly productive by leveraging the power of their people.

Aysha is a frequent speaker, taking part in international conferences as subject matter expert on the topics of HR operations, employee experience, coaching and corporate culture across the GCC, the USA, and Europe and sits on various boards in the HR space advising on HR technology and analytics, culture transformation and talent management.
