Aysha is a Human Capital specialist with international experience in various industries both in the public and private sectors. She is a certified Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) expert, her focus areas are Culture Building, DEIB Strategy Development, Performance Coaching, Talent Management, and People Analytics.

 

Throughout her career, Aysha has concentrated on People practices locally and internationally, merging the usage of process, policy, data, and coaching methodologies to create healthy and inclusive corporate Cultures (both remote and in-person) which get results. 

 

Aysha is a native of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She is a New York University alumnus, holding a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and an Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Aysha acts as People Strategy Advisor to various startups, non-profits, and corporate entities. She is a frequent speaker in the HR, DEIB, and Coaching spaces while running her private coaching practice, helping clients to achieve their professional and personal goals.

In her free time, Aysha can be found hiking or paddleboarding with her sons.
