Aysha is a distinguished Human Capital specialist with extensive international experience across diverse industries in both public and private sectors. With over a decade of expertise as a Global HR expert and certified coach, Aysha's core focus areas include Human Experience, Culture Building, Strategy Development, Performance Coaching, Talent Management, and People Analytics.

Throughout her career, Aysha has transformed People practices locally and globally, combining process, policy, data, and coaching methodologies to cultivate healthy, inclusive corporate cultures (both remote and in-person) that drive tangible results.

A native of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Aysha holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University. She is also a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and an Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Aysha serves as a People Strategy Advisor to various startups, non-profits, and corporate entities, offering invaluable insights and strategies. She is a frequent speaker in the HR, Coaching, and Human Experience arenas, delivering impactful presentations that inspire and educate audiences. Her private coaching practice empowers clients to achieve remarkable professional and personal growth.

In her free time, Aysha enjoys hiking and paddleboarding with her sons, embodying a balanced and active lifestyle.
